Refund and Return Policy

Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Books must not show any signs of wear or damage. Stationery items should be unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- If rejected, we will provide you with a reason for rejection and return the item to you.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bhartiyabookmart1@gmail.com
4. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your address on the email address given above that is bhartiyabookmart1@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
